My package finally got some updates and eventually arrived.

And FN escalations service agents cannot help me with packages that have already shipped out and the carrier who has my package is responsible for everything that has to do with it until it is in my hands."īut I hope they don't try to crush my package because I made complaints. She legit just straight up told me to go to FN escalations page and get a refund twice and I was like, "I did not ask for a refund, I asked where my package was because it has not moved and the tracking updates have not been updated for anything. I spammed TF out of the OLX customer support email and even the girl who was helping me didn't even give me the answers to my questions.
I was notified that my order would be delivered December 8th but it wasn't and from the 8th until today I haven't had any tracking updates until 3:52pm. I made this post because I was seeing a lot of reviews and comparing about FN orders being delayed and not shipping out and all of that and because I made my order on November 27th and it's now the 16th of December. I wish everyone luck with receiving their packages. If you're wondering why your order says shipped with USPS-OLX, this is what it is and hopefully they can help you figure out when your package will move or be delivered.Įmail support team: just called the number and they said they aren't taking calls, but they are taking emails about fashion nova orders and provided me with this email address.
